I am passionate about working with adults to address anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, navigating life transitions, and grief and loss. I have specialized training in multiple modalities of therapy including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach is relationship focused to offer you safe and supported treatment involving genuineness, empathy, warmth, humor, and acceptance. I believe you are survivor, and that thriving beyond surviving is possible.
