Description
Dr. Parmjit Sanghera is a Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. She conducts psychological assessments including psychoeducational assessments. She provides psychological treatment to children and adolescents and individuals experiencing adversity, changes in health, relationship and workplace stress, trauma and injury. This includes first responders, injured workers and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, grief, loss and pain. She assists individuals who are off work and assists with return to work.

Summary
As the words “Spring” and “Wellness” suggest we at Spring Psychology and Wellness Centre aim to install hope, motivation and self- compassion. We provide diagnostic evaluations such as a Comprehensive Psychological Assessment, Psychoeducational Assessment for learning difficulties, ADHD, giftedness. We work with clients facing difficulties with addiction, workplace stress and injury, first responders, and we support teachers, and the frontline healthcare workers. We provide assessment and support to children, teens and adults dealing with ADHD and learning as well bullying and low self-esteem.
