Leigh-Anne uses a collaborative approach with her clients to identify goals & provide a safe, judgement-free space. She believes that self-awareness brings change. She works to identify patterns of unhelpful coping strategies/communication styles & integrates therepeutic tools to meet clients where they're at, tailoring her approach to each client's needs. Leigh-Anne works with adults, young adults, & children. Leigh-Anne also provides psychoeducational & mental health assessments to both children & adults to uncover learning styles, mental health needs & to identify appropriate supports.
