I am a compassionate and solution-focused Psychologist who uses evidence-based treatment strategies to help clients achieve good mental health and cope effectively with their life challenges. I have experience treating a wide range of psychological challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, psychological trauma, work and financial stress, substances issues, and relationship strain.
