Description
As a therapist with an attachment-based lens, I believe hurt is rooted in old wounds caused through relationships across your life. I also believe healing happens through relationships and we will work together to meet your goals and help you move forward on a path of healing. I take a humanistic and strengths-based approach in which I believe you have inherent value simply by being human. I also pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions. I work with children and adults impacted by substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, conflict, and violence
