I have experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and children through a multitude of challenges including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, and trauma. I am passionate about helping others from a client-centred, empathetic, and non-judgemental perspective. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor to your needs.
