She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with varying psychological concerns. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and assists clients to progress in life by identifying and setting life goals for better mental health.
Sadaf is compassionate and multi-lingual, providing counselling services in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Honors, and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
