Gemma believes in the importance of relationship-based practice and prioritizes developing a supportive and collaborative approach with clients. Operating from a strength-based and solution-focused perspective, she recognizes that all clients have important skills, strengths and resiliencies that can be built upon. She hopes to guide and empower clients to discover their own solutions to foster positive change. Over her career, Gemma has provided counselling to children, adults and families for a variety of concerns.
