Andrea Howarth is a Registered Psychologist who offers Individual counselling. Andrea specializes in working with various types of trauma, anxiety, communication challenges, and emotional regulation i.e., anger. She utilizes a variety of modalities which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). She also has considerable experience working with the First Nation’s community including intergenerational trauma.
