My name is Ben, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Counselling degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, my experience in mental health intervention includes brief short-term counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Activation therapy and Narrative therapy.
