I'm a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta. I have been seeing clients for over 12 years. I specialize in marriage (couple) and family therapy. I see individuals 18+ to work on a variety of mental wellness topics such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, trauma, race trauma, and so on. My modality is eclectic. I'm a Certified Hakomi Therapist that uses Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Narrative therapy and other modalities to create space for healing and transformation.
