Description
I have been working in the clinical field for over 10 years and have experience working with adults, helping them deal with issues such as: anxiety, depression, complex trauma, general adjustment issues, chronic pain, anger, grief, emotion regulation, and family/relationship concerns. , I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy, utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based interventions, clinical hypnosis, psychodynamic theory, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also experienced in completing diagnostic assessments with adults.
