I want to help you tap into your innate capacity to heal - help you become open to experience, learn to trust yourself, develop an internal evaluation of yourself and have a willingness to continue growing. I provide individual, family, marital/relationship, and group counselling; and treat people across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. With over 15 years of experience in mental health and wellness, I have helped a diverse range of clients achieve their goals, choose alternative behaviours, and regain their sense of well-being.
