Jasleen has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jasleen has a professional background in finance before transitioning to psychology. She is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Provisional Psychologist. Jasleen takes a client-centred approach to counselling and draws from Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Feedback Informed Treatment model, and Motivational Interviewing in her work with clients.
