Jasleen has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jasleen has a professional background in finance before transitioning to psychology. She is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Provisional Psychologist.

Jasleen takes a client-centred approach to counselling and draws from Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Feedback Informed Treatment model, and Motivational Interviewing in her work with clients.

Our clinicians use a variety of evidence-based therapies to support you. We offer direct billing with certain insurance providers, as well as daytime, evening, and weekend appointments for your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
