I specialize in substance use/addictions, relationship counselling, and the LGBTQ2S+ community. I work with people from all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I offer a down-to-earth, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy and use humour and the occasional swear. My job is to create a safe, comfortable place for you to discuss your concerns, identify hopes/goals for therapy, and work towards the changes you want to make.
