Description
I have over 15 years of experience in the helping profession and I work with individuals who are struggling with their relationships and the day to day stress that creates anxiety and depression. My practise is trauma informed and I am trained in the use of EMDR for trauma related concerns, Emotion Focused Therapy and several other modalities to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals. Most importantly though, we will build a therapeutic relationship that allows for trust so that you can feel comfortable talking about your concerns and achieve some healing.
