I provide both trauma-informed individual therapy and intimacy/relationship therapy. I offer an LGBTQ+ allied space and welcome couples as well as those with alternate relational and kinship structures. My training: I bring together an IFS-informed approach with advanced-level training in Somatic Experiencing. My relational training is in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, with in-progress training in sex therapy. I look forward to helping you express, connect and thrive!

Rowan Tree Therapy
Summary
Due to the changing circumstances around the coronavirus, Rowan Tree Therapy is currently offering therapeutic support through teletherapy only (video counselling). Once risk of exposure in small spaces is sufficiently reduced, I will be opening up for in-person counselling. Both Saskatchewan and Quebec clients will, however, continue to be able to book teletherapy sessions after that time. Please note, sessions now appear in Eastern Standard Time.
