Description

Drawing from a person-centered approach, Renata’s therapeutic style is described as patient, empathetic, collaborative, and connective. Renata bases her work in a holistic frame and believes that the source for healing or positive, lasting change is rooted in the mind-body-spirit triad, as well as connection to community. While her training has focused on marital therapy, she also carries special interest in depression, anxiety, grief/loss, work-life balance, chronic pain/medical challenges, relationship issues, issues of gender identity & expression and personal growth across the lifespan.
