Description

Sarah will provide counselling to teenagers ages 12 and up, adults, and their families. Her area of interest is complex-trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, and addictions. Sarah will also be performing psychoeducational assessments for children ages 5-17, specifically testing areas such as attention deficit disorder, giftedness, and general learning disabilities. 

Sarah works from an integrative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, gearing her practice to the needs of her clients. Currently, Sarah primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
