Natalie Siu-Mitton (she/her) is a trauma-informed Registered Psychologist and Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. As a second-generation Chinese Canadian, she brings a culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming, and size-inclusive approach to healing. Natalie helps clients restore trust in their bodies, navigate eating differences, and find sustainable nourishment rooted in self-compassion and lived experience.
