Description
Alshaba’s practice focuses on supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety (social, general or phobias), low self-esteem, current or historical trauma (e.g.,PTSD), grief and loss, and pregnancy and infant loss. She also provides couples and marital counselling for those who are experiencing difficulties connecting, navigating conflict or working together. Other areas of focus include: stress management, OCD, family difficulties, experiences of abuse, and cultural adjustment.
