Description

Alshaba’s practice focuses on supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, current or historical trauma (e.g.,PTSD), relationship difficulties. 

She also provides couples and marital counselling for those who are experiencing difficulties connecting, navigating conflict or working together. 

Other areas of focus include: work stress, grief, OCD and phobia, stress management, self-esteem, family difficulties, experiences of abuse, and cultural adjustment.
