Description

Dr. Sharif provides psychotherapy to adults (ages 18-65) with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, anger, perfectionism, personality disorders, psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), racial trauma and gender-identity exploration, amongst others. 

Dr. Sharif supports teens (ages 14-17) in their management of behavioural problems, depression, anxiety, and learning difficulties.

Dr. Sharif also conducts psychological assessments for those seeking clarification regarding mental health diagnoses.

Dr. Sharif's therapeutic approach is inviting, non-judgmental and evidence-based.
