Dr. Eva provides psychotherapy to adults (ages 18-65) with a range of concerns including anger, depression, anxiety (e.g., panic attacks, worry, social anxiety, generalized anxiety), trauma, perfectionism, low self-esteem, communication difficulties and relationship challenges, amongst others. Dr. Eva also conducts psychological assessments for individuals seeking a mental health diagnosis.

Dr. Eva's therapeutic approach is genuine, non-judgmental, and supportive. She supports clients in meeting their goals by being empathic and by offering reflections and individually-tailored coping skills.
