Dr. Shannon provides assessment and treatment for adults and couples with a range of challenges including: depression, anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, and stress. She also has a special interest in assisting clients with concerns related to trauma, eating, and body image. She works collaboratively with clients to meet their goals and create lasting change in their lives. Before founding Resolution Psychology Dr. Shannon spent 5 years working at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She also holds a teaching position at York University.
