My approach is client-centered and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing,” but about understanding—unpacking your story, discovering your strengths, and building tools to help you move forward with more confidence, clarity, and calm. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), all through an attachment-focused lens.
