Provider information

Description

Currently, I am seeing individual adults and have a special interest in working with parents. I focus my approach to therapy through feminist, culturally conscious, HAES (health at every size), and attachment lenses. I value collaboration with clients as experts in their own lives and adapt my approach according to client needs. I use a number of therapeutic skills and techniques including self- compassion, dialectical behaviour, strengths-based, narrative, and internal family systems.
