ReFocus You works with clients of various ages. We offer counselling services to children, youth, adults, families, and couples. We take a client centred approach when working with clients in order to empower and motivate them to make the changes they desire within their life. We also incorporate other modalities including attachment therapy, CBT, and EMDR.
