Ursula de Vries is a Certified EMDR therapist with a focus on treating trauma symptoms. She has Level 1 & 2 training in Gottman Couples' Therapy. She is available in person in Calgary as well as via telepsychology for people in Alberta and Nunavut. She uses primarily EMDR, Nature Therapy, Hypnosis, Jungian, Rogerian, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative, and Feminist approaches. She serves LGBTQ2+, Veterans, all religions, and alternative relationships. Ursula is Métis, a mom of 5 children including identical triplets. She enjoys time in Nature and canoe camping with her dachshunds.
