I was born and raised near High River, Alberta and recently moved to Strathmore. I have a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. I work with adults, couples, families, and youth. Some of these areas include anxiety, depression, separation, family changes, social skills, life transitions, school performance, self esteem, and life stressors. will meet you where you are at, help you raise your self-awareness, explore your value and belief systems, better understand your own thoughts and emotions, while learning healthy coping strategies to live a happier life.
