Dr. Portt is a registered Clinical & Counselling Psychologist who works with children, adolescents & adults, providing assessments & psychotherapy. She works with various presenting problems through assessments or therapy such as stress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, OCD, PTSD, addiction, family conflict, anger, ADHD, and learning disorders. She works with numerous First Responders & provides evidence-based treatment for PTSD including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. She takes an integrative approach to treatment where she draws upon evidence-based therapies.
