Provider information

Description

Feeling anxious, unmotivated, or disconnected can be exhausting, especially during the teen and young adult years.
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for teen girls and emerging adults who want to feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves. My clients are often sensitive, creative, high-achieving, or deeply feeling. Using expressive arts, mindfulness, and nervous-system-based tools, we build practical skills for clarity, resilience, and ease. Sessions are virtual across Alberta or in person in Calgary.
