Maria Mireault obtained her Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Concordia University. She has more than 20 years of experience working in hospital settings, community mental health centres and in private practice. She works with adults of all ages who seek therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, academic or employment-related stress and relationship issues. In her practice, she uses cognitive behavioural approaches (CBT, ACT and DBT) as well as mindfulness and compassion-focused interventions.
