Dr. Erick Roat is a clinical psychologist with broad experience treating a wide range of difficulties, including extensive experience in trauma-focused work with military personnel, first responders, and survivors of abuse. He is also experienced in psychological assessment including educational, diagnostic, and Family Court assessments. His work blends Cognitive-Behavioural techniques and person-centered approaches to help clients develop new capabilities and enhance existing strengths, to meet their individual challenges.

Summary
Psychology Works is an established, community based clinic offering Assessment, Treatment and Psychotherapy services to members of our community. We work with young children, youth, emerging adults, adults and seniors. Psychology Works is trauma informed clinic. Our focus is on stabilizing distressing emotional symptoms, teaching self calming and regulation skills and helping our increase awareness. We also assists with symptoms of sleep disturbance, pain, anxiety, depression and anger regulation. Our intervention models are CBT, EMDR, Information Processing and Method of Levels .
