Lara is the clinical director, and owner of Psychology Matters (previously Lara Sigurdson and Associates). She oversees treatment provision and provides clinical direction to a number of clinicians at the practice. She is also the director of the assessment clinic.

Summary
We are a group of therapists, psychometrists, psychotherapists, psychological associates (supervised practice) and a psychologist that address a wide range of problems that life sometimes challenges us with such as depression, relationship difficulties, addictions, health challenges, trauma and loss. This all takes place in a professional, confidential environment. We also complete a wide range of assessments for children and adults. We are registered as a provider for WSIB services and work with many first responders.
