Description
I work with people who have a wide variety of presenting concerns, sometimes including multiple complex difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and other chronic health problems. I also help people with more general concerns in interpersonal relationships and communication, occupational challenges, low self esteem, and building rewarding and meaningful habits of behaviour. (Please note this is not an exhaustive list of the concerns that I can help with. If you are curious, please ask and we are happy to find the best fit for you!)

- I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Toronto in 2009, with a double major in Psychology and Bioethics. I attended the Memorial University of Newfoundland for my graduate training in psychology (Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology), completed in 2018.
