Dr. Uppal Dhariwal has developed treatment programs, conducted research and provided treatment using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). She has extensive experience in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
