Dr. Fletcher is a registered clinical child/adolescent psychologist and pediatric health psychologist. She has over 15 years experience providing psychology services to children, adolescents, and their caregivers in various settings in Ontario and Alberta including pediatric hospitals, child/adolescent public mental health programs, child advocacy programs, school boards, not-for profit agencies, university clinics, and in private practice. Dr. Fletcher has also been actively involved in the training and supervision of clinical psychology students across Canada.
