Description
I’m a Registered Psychologist with 10 years of counselling experience in addictions and mental health. I work with adolescents and adults to help navigate challenges like anxiety, work/school stress, trauma, addiction and recovery. Rooted in humanistic principles, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and healing. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and attachment theory, I believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual. Together, we’ll foster resilience, emotional well-being, and lasting growth, helping you lead a more fulfilling life
