Description
I believe each of us has a unique story and immense resilience. My main goals are to help my clients develop a sense of confidence in their own ability to navigate through mental health challenges and to find personal ways to live an engaged and meaningful life. I believe collaboration and client-centred care are integral to both the therapeutic relationship and successful therapy, and I truly value feedback from clients so that we can ensure that the treatment plan is meeting your needs. I am a registered psychologist in both AB (#7100) and BC (#2911) and can see clients in both provinces.
