Dr. Karen Spivak has extensive experience as a psychologist and she has strived to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for her clients.  Dr. Spivak provides client-centered psychotherapy based on her clients’ needs. Dr. Spivak works with adults 19 years and older with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, family/work stressors, struggles with self-identity, life changes, feeling stuck in moving forward or difficulty finding balance in their lives, bereavement, post-accident adjustment difficulties, alcohol and substance abuse.
