An experienced Registered Psychologist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Passionate about supporting children and families that are struggling with anxiety, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, parenting, trauma, adjustment, and behavioural issues. Trained in evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, and exposure therapies (PE, ERP). Creates a safe space for deep change, equipping clients with lifelong tools.
