For more than 20 years, Isabelle has been working as a psychologist with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions (drug, alcohol, food, gambling, shopping, etc.) as well as adjustment to life transitions of all sorts. Isabelle employs a pragmatic and empathic style to support her clients to attain their objectives and develop more effective communication skills to facilitate better interpersonal relationships. She has worked in diverse settings with diverse cultures and in 3 different countries. Sessions are offered in English, French or Spanish.
