Description
I'm an individual and couples therapist specializing in relationships, anxiety, and trauma. I help clients move from feeling stuck or unfulfilled to living with purpose and connection. My approach is person-centered and draws from a number of modalities. I believe our relationships shape how we see ourselves and the world, and healing often begins by exploring those connections. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to safely navigate growth, insight, and change. You don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and meaningful transformation.
