I lead with a person-centred approach to therapy. I will meet you where you are at in your journey and walk alongside you as you work towards a more fulfilled life and healing. I believe that each person is unique with their own experiences, challenges, and strengths. I pull from a variety of evidence-based approaches as I do not believe in a one approach fits all style to therapy. My approach to therapy places an emphasis on creating a genuine connection with my clients. I aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to embark on their journey of healing.
