Provider information

Description

I work with teens (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, abuse, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, neurodiversity, substance use, relationship struggles, and more. I offer a safe, supportive space for teens to express themselves and for adults to explore life’s challenges, process emotions, and build coping skills. My integrative, client-centered approach draws from EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, and more. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports healing, growth, and meaningful change—you don’t have to face this alone.
