I’m a Registered Psychologist and have been in the helping profession for over eighteen years, providing services in both community settings and private settings. I practice through a “Rogerian lens” which emphasizes empathy, respect, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. I’m here as a listener and guide, to spark coping, healing, and movement through whatever challenges are in the way of you being the authentic person you want to be. Therapy doesn’t always have to be doom and gloom; therapy is a chance to explore the difficult and celebrate the growth!
