Description
I work with older teens and adults navigating addiction and trauma, including childhood trauma. With over 18 years of experience, I offer support through a compassionate, non-judgmental lens, drawing on EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and MI. Addiction and trauma can impact mood, relationships, sleep, and more. Together, we’ll explore coping tools, healing, and growth. Therapy is a space for honesty, reflection, and even joy. You matter, your voice matters, and I’m honored to walk beside you on your journey toward authenticity and healing.
