Aga is a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of counselling experience. She can help you to gain personal insight and to become more emotionally aware of what is going on within you. Aga believes that it is possible to heal from past experiences; She will help you to experience well-being, to learn and implement new life skills, and to see your life differently. Aga provides therapy using different approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Committment Therapy (ACT) - with focus on trauma, and Psychodynamic approach.
