Description

I offer individual counselling and couple therapy to adults aged 19 and above. In my practice, I often see people when they’re stuck in unwanted emotions, such as fear, anger, sadness, guilt, or shame. Their emotions control them, not the other way around. Sometimes, it feels like things will never change. They often have a negative internal dialogue, criticizing themselves for not being enough, or predicting or anticipating that others will judge them, reject them, and they’ll end up alone. Although they want closer, more satisfying connections, their emotions are getting in the way.
