Description
Through in-person or virtual therapy, I create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a culturally safe and trauma-informed approach. I work with youth who describe an overwhelming combination of concerns related to feeling insecure in social settings (e.g., What people think of me?), alone, anxious, unable to cope with external demands, or thoughts about the past or the future. I work with adults who are experiencing general mental health concerns, including as well as grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, or living/adjusting to major life changes.
